This workshop will be based in the Transforming Experience Framework developed by The Grubb Institute (UK). The workshop will begin with a case study of finding making and taking a role. The workshop will then explore the process of hypothesising about a leadership dilemma provided by a participant. Issues of power and Authority will be outlined as we collectively explore and deepen our understanding of the various layers and levels within the dilemma. Participants will deepen their capacity to utilise full human experience in a spirit of enquiry and curiosity.
